Jasmine Granville and Dominic lead this outfit through roofing, renovation, and general construction jobs with uncommon attentiveness. They answer questions directly, finish on schedule, and sweep up thoroughly, leaving customers reaching for superlatives about the entire experience. Storm damage, new roofs, gutter work, bathroom remodels, and miscellaneous repairs all come through polished. Staff explain their steps plainly, keep owners in the loop at every stage, and treat urgent jobs (roof leaks, termite damage) with real urgency. Many clients book them again for the next project.

Herschel leads a crew known for completing residential roofs in a single day while leaving zero debris behind. Bill handles estimates with detailed site inspections and clear quotes, and the team keeps owners informed via photos throughout the project. Every review emphasizes speed without cutting corners, and multiple customers report calling them back for additional properties. Storm damage work and fascia repairs also appear regularly in reviews, alongside roof replacements. The business handles jobs ranging from single-family homes to large commercial facilities with equal attention. Customers note competitive pricing paired with transparent pricing communication and follow-up calls after completion.
Dave and his crew earned 95% five-star reviews by delivering roof replacement and repair work in one day, cleaning up thoroughly, and often adding extras like pressure-washing or gutter painting at no charge. What sets them apart is Dave's personal involvement: he walks customers through insurance claims, responds fast to initial calls, and manages the entire process with visible care. One customer reported struggling for two months to get a warranty leak addressed after an otherwise successful replacement, but this sits isolated among 19 strongly positive recent reviews that consistently praise communication, speed, and professionalism. Their service areas span Columbus, Atlanta, Newnan, and Albany in Georgia, plus Auburn and Tuskegee in Alabama. Dave guides customers through storm-damage claims, emergency repairs, and leak detection as parts of the same hands-on approach reviewers mention for roof work. The business states it has operated over two decades and lists itself as fully licensed. A $250 referral bonus is available through their website.
Gary Kent and his crew deliver reliable roof work backed by 37 years of experience. Customers consistently report fast turnaround times, fair pricing, and meticulous site cleanup. The owner actively supervises jobs, answers calls promptly, and helps navigate insurance claims. His team handles roof replacement in a single day when feasible, tackles storm damage quickly, and solves unforeseen structural issues with clear options. Customers praise the crew's professionalism and the respectful way they treat homes and neighborhoods throughout the job.
Work typically finishes in one day with crews arriving early and staying focused. Reviewers consistently praise named project managers (Ernest, Pierce, Allen) for daily photo updates, respectful communication, and hands-on oversight. Most jobs involve complete cleanup; one reviewer found nails and debris after rushing at dusk but noted the team responded honestly to concerns. Materials and specs are explained in detail before installation. Poly shingles, fire-and-ice underlayment, drip edge, and proper ventilation are standard. One installation omitted a ventilation membrane, caught only after the fact. Another job involved the wrong shingle color, which the crew offered to correct. Despite these rare missteps, reviewers report strong rapport with the named foreman and crew members.
Frank Savage and his crew deliver roof replacements and commercial work with speed, often finishing large jobs in a day or two despite challenging weather. Reviewers consistently note competitive pricing, meticulous cleanup, and Frank's hands-on communication style, with regular photo updates and plain explanations of options and timelines.
Matter-of-Fact Roofing handles everything from emergency repairs to full replacements with transparency and calm efficiency. Reviewers consistently highlight Scott and Silas for walking them through each step, keeping sites debris-free, and following up weeks later to check on work. The company navigates insurance claims without pressure and offers financing options. One reviewer called the experience "a refreshing encounter with a lifecycle friend" rather than a transactional repair job. Staff arrive on schedule, complete projects the same day when possible, and treat property with the same care they'd give their own. Multiple customers noted they contacted their insurance mid-claim to advocate for better coverage and continued supporting owners through the process start to finish. The crew uses tarps strategically and leaves no nails or debris behind.
