Capital Roofing Guys earned five stars from every reviewer. Customers praised their communication throughout the job, quick turnaround, and clean work.
Walker Revell's team handles complex roofing across residential and commercial properties with efficiency and transparency. Customers consistently report swift turnarounds, clear daily communication with photos and estimates, meticulous cleanup, and reasonable pricing for materials like TPO and new shingles. Staff including Michael Revell, David Denton, Marcus, and Jacob are named repeatedly for professionalism; the business educates homeowners on long-term care and structures estimates as detailed proposals delivered via email for approval before work begins. Multi-project repeat customers are common. Recent work spans roof replacements with hidden decay repairs, metal roof fixes on 9-year-old installations, storm damage assessment using drone inspection, window installation, siding upgrades, and gutter systems. Jobs typically finish in one to three days with cleanup described as spotless-reviewers report finding zero nails or debris weeks after crews leave. One customer called their business model "something others should emulate."
Michael Alexander and DJ stand out as the faces of consistently fast, attentive service across water damage, fire restoration, and cleaning work. Reviewers describe same-day response, detailed problem-solving in crawl spaces and attics, and crews that explain what they find before moving forward. The business operates as a broader restoration firm handling everything from storm damage to odor removal. Repeat customers mention being served three or more times, with particular praise for Danny Paul's daily check-ins during ongoing water damage cases and the crew's ability to tackle carpet, HVAC, and specialty cleaning alongside structural repairs.
Most reviewers praise the crew's speed, professionalism, and cleanup work. Two older negative reviews alleging serious defects and overpricing stand apart from the strong recent pattern of 5-star ratings praising fair pricing and responsive communication.
Strategic Roofing delivers fast, professional work across residential and commercial projects. Staff like Jerry, Anderson, and Mike earn consistent praise for responsiveness, material knowledge, and willingness to guide customers through claims and design choices. A few reviewers note cleanup could protect delicate plants better, but overall workmanship and follow-through stand out.
David and his team earn consistent five-star reviews for window, roof, gutter, and siding work across the region. Customers repeatedly praise on-time arrival, owner involvement in projects, fair pricing, and crew professionalism. The installation teams work without breaks, clean up thoroughly, and handle extra tasks without charge. Staff like Michelle handle estimates and coordination with responsiveness. Daniel, Ian, Randy, and Jeremy are named installers whose workmanship is consistently highlighted. David personally visits job sites to oversee quality and often reinstalls details (like plantation shutters) that others might overlook. Customers report homes significantly cooler after window replacement and roofs completed efficiently despite weather or scope.
Pyramid Roofing completed roof replacement work in Columbus with friendly service and reasonable pricing. A small number of nails were found after the job, and one exterior fixture was damaged, but the roof has performed well through heavy rain since installation.
Most reviewers praise S & S for professionalism, speed, and clear communication during the estimate and planning phase. A minority report serious follow-up issues: unresponsive to calls after roof installation and damage to property during the job.
Steve's Remodeling has completed satisfactory roofing work for some customers but struggles with follow-up and warranty service. Reviewers note quality installations initially, yet several report months of unanswered calls about defects and warranty claims.
