Strategic Roofing delivers fast, professional work across residential and commercial projects. Staff like Jerry, Anderson, and Mike earn consistent praise for responsiveness, material knowledge, and willingness to guide customers through claims and design choices. A few reviewers note cleanup could protect delicate plants better, but overall workmanship and follow-through stand out.
Pyramid Roofing completed roof replacement work in Columbus with friendly service and reasonable pricing. A small number of nails were found after the job, and one exterior fixture was damaged, but the roof has performed well through heavy rain since installation.
Michael Alexander and DJ stand out as the faces of consistently fast, attentive service across water damage, fire restoration, and cleaning work. Reviewers describe same-day response, detailed problem-solving in crawl spaces and attics, and crews that explain what they find before moving forward. The business operates as a broader restoration firm handling everything from storm damage to odor removal. Repeat customers mention being served three or more times, with particular praise for Danny Paul's daily check-ins during ongoing water damage cases and the crew's ability to tackle carpet, HVAC, and specialty cleaning alongside structural repairs.
