Roof Savers® North America
Russell and his team command consistent praise for transparency during estimates and swift action when problems surface. Named staff like Russell, Cole, and Bert appear in multiple reviews vouching for honest assessments, quick return visits for warranty repairs, and willingness to fix oversights at no extra cost. One reviewer noted a leak returning six months after repair was addressed immediately; another saw hurricane damage handled without charge. Performance varies: treatment work sometimes leaves white spots or fails to visibly improve older roofs, and crew demeanor has ranged from warm to indifferent on the same job. Advertising claims about cost savings and warranty coverage have drawn criticism for overstatement. Their core strength is accountability after the sale. Russell, John, and Cole are named for personally managing problem resolution, even upgrading a three-star review to five by delivering paperwork in person. Roof rejuvenation (Renueit treatment) is the signature product, praised when it delivers (one customer saw their 20-year-old roof survive a hurricane and look brand new). Gutter and siding work, roof cleaning, and standard repair are handled alongside replacement, though quality on the cleaning treatment has been uneven.
