Russell and his team command consistent praise for transparency during estimates and swift action when problems surface. Named staff like Russell, Cole, and Bert appear in multiple reviews vouching for honest assessments, quick return visits for warranty repairs, and willingness to fix oversights at no extra cost. One reviewer noted a leak returning six months after repair was addressed immediately; another saw hurricane damage handled without charge. Performance varies: treatment work sometimes leaves white spots or fails to visibly improve older roofs, and crew demeanor has ranged from warm to indifferent on the same job. Advertising claims about cost savings and warranty coverage have drawn criticism for overstatement.
Their core strength is accountability after the sale. Russell, John, and Cole are named for personally managing problem resolution, even upgrading a three-star review to five by delivering paperwork in person. Roof rejuvenation (Renueit treatment) is the signature product, praised when it delivers (one customer saw their 20-year-old roof survive a hurricane and look brand new). Gutter and siding work, roof cleaning, and standard repair are handled alongside replacement, though quality on the cleaning treatment has been uneven.
Review evidence for Xtend A Roof is limited. The business lists gutter installation, roof repair, and related services on their website but individual customer feedback is not available to assess performance or reliability.
Penn Roofing moves fast. Quotes lead to jobs within days, sometimes the next day, and crews finish on schedule while leaving properties spotless. Angelo Paulos, Webb Smith, and James Wood earn repeated mentions for listening to homeowners, tracking down tricky leaks others missed, and standing behind their work until the problem is truly solved. The company handles full replacements and repairs across residential and commercial properties, plus gutter work. Reviewers highlight detailed estimates, quality materials, and staff who visit sites during the job to catch problems early. One customer was so impressed by the response to a persistent leak that the crew didn't charge until heavy rain confirmed the fix actually held.
Posey Home Improvements earns consistent praise for fast, skilled installation and reasonable pricing. Allen Williams leads a crew that works cleanly and efficiently, often completing jobs faster than expected. Customers note responsive office staff and willingness to handle extra work beyond the original scope. Most jobs take 2-3 weeks from order to finish. One reviewer flagged scheduling hiccups and delayed communication after payment, though they still rated the final work highly. Teams clean up after themselves and explain the process as they go.
