Hector and his crew arrive fast, stay fair on price, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process as if it's part of the standard job. Projects finish in one day, the site gets swept clean, and follow-up repairs come at no extra charge when problems emerge. Staff move deliberately through each step, document work with before-and-after photos, and cover landscaping and furniture to protect against debris. The result is a crew that feels less like they were there and more like the house got better overnight. Commercial clients get the same hands-on service, whether they're managing a drain leak or storm damage. Hector is named in nearly every review as the person who listens, explains options, and stays reachable. Communication happens via email and text, timelines stick, and professionalism frames every interaction. Reviewers rarely praise companies for cleanliness or honesty in routine language, which is how often these words appear here.

Aultman Roofing earns consistent praise for navigation of insurance claims, with Kelly Humphrey and Micah working closely with adjusters to secure full replacements. Staff provide photo updates during projects and help guide customers through insurance filings start to finish.
