Most customers report smooth, professional experiences with skilled technicians like Terrell, Chris, and Mason who explain problems clearly and fight for insurance claims. A small number faced scheduling delays, unclear communication after signing, and surprise subcontractor arrangements that left them frustrated despite quality workmanship. The company handles roof repairs, replacements, inspections, storm damage, and siding work across North Georgia and Metro Atlanta. Staff provide photo updates during projects and help guide customers through insurance filings start to finish.
