4.8(97)✓ Google-verified

Aultman Roofing earns consistent praise for navigation of insurance claims, with Kelly Humphrey and Micah working closely with adjusters to secure full replacements. Installation crews complete jobs promptly and clean thoroughly. Two older complaints mention a missed appointment, a sales interaction that went poorly, and one persistent leak, though most recent reviews show strong follow-up on warranty issues. Service quality and personal accountability stand out: crews finish in one or two days even in extreme heat, and the owners handle damage claims during work. Reviewers across multiple jobs (replacement, repair, gutters, inspections) report being kept informed at each step and seeing warranty work handled without delay.
