The majority of jobs land strong outcomes: crews arrive on time, finish promptly, and clean up afterward. Staff like Jevante Davenport, Endia, and S. Hood guide homeowners through insurance claims with patience. Yet a sizable minority report communication breakdowns and unresolved defects, including leaks within a year and water damage left unaddressed despite follow-up efforts. Consistency remains a weakness. The company works mainly on residential roof and gutter replacement, with many praising the quality and finish of completed jobs. Responsiveness to post-job problems varies sharply. Newer jobs earn solid marks for professionalism and speed; older claims of structural shortcuts and ignored repair requests suggest accountability issues have surfaced before.
