MOPAC operates across building services with a 4.2 rating split unevenly: most reviewers gave five stars, but some rated one or two. Limited detail available to assess roof replacement work specifically.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Justin and his crew earn consistent praise for showing up on time, explaining every step, and handling insurance paperwork without hassle. Customers value seeing material samples in person, receiving progress photos, and finding the site spotless after work; one reviewer noted their three-thousand-square-foot roof was done in under a day.
Travis Motz and his crew manage roof replacements with direct communication and follow-through on promises. Customers consistently highlight quick insurance coordination, on-time or early completion, and meticulous cleanup. The team handles complex damage assessments and multi-layer removals professionally, delivers work at fair rates, and remains responsive even for out-of-service-area inquiries seeking guidance. Reviewers name Travis throughout as accessible and knowledgeable, with staff maintaining regular contact during slow claims. Storm-damaged roofs, cedar shake installations, and emergency repairs all earned five-star marks. No negative experiences surface in the review pool.
Luxe Roofing earns strong praise for guiding clients through insurance claims and delivering polished roofs on schedule. Staff like Carlton, Bridget, and John Wayne are named repeatedly for walking customers through complex processes and fighting for full claim approval. One critical complaint surfaces: a customer's roof deteriorated within three years, warranty repair was promised but never delivered, and calls went unanswered for months.
