Most customers complete roof replacements and gutter work feeling their investment matched the quality delivered. Arodi, Joshua, Ezekiel, Ricardo, and other named crew members earn specific praise for responsiveness, clear explanations, and swift execution. Insurance claim coordination and same-day or next-week turnarounds stand out as practical strengths.
Owners Richard and Lindsey Nasser lead a team that inspects roofs methodically, documents findings with photos and written detail, and handles insurance claims without pressure to oversell. Staff like Eric, Charley, Spencer, and Freddy earn trust by diagnosing actual problems-HVAC leaks, improper installations, storm damage-and sometimes declining work when it is not needed. Crews clean thoroughly after completion and finish jobs the same day when possible. Reviewers value the honesty most: the company won a customer for life by inspecting a roof that did not need repair and arguing to the insurance company to reinstate coverage instead of taking a replacement job. Served wind, hail, and storm-damage claims across north metro Atlanta (Alpharetta, Cumming, Roswell, Suwanee, Dunwoody, Milton, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs) and as far as Covington. Named staff handled inspections, on-site supervision, and office coordination with thoroughness and courtesy. Detailed inspection reports included 40+ photos per roof with descriptions. Real estate transactions, home-buying due diligence, and forensic roof damage assessments are handled as carefully as repair and replacement jobs.
Homeowners consistently report smooth roof replacements with staff who handle insurance paperwork, answer questions promptly, and leave properties spotless. Named crew members like Chandler, Logan, Jake, and Ivan earn individual praise for professionalism and attention to detail, with projects completed in a single day and work standing up to inspection by experienced eyes.
Rock House Roofing handles repairs and full replacements with speed and skill. Technicians like Alex, Chris, and Marco earn consistent praise for professionalism, fast diagnosis, and thorough work; coordinator Heather guides homeowners through the process with care. The team cleans up completely after jobs and often advocates with insurers to help customers get claims approved, sometimes absorbing small repair costs themselves. Customers consistently report quality installation done on time and within budget. Staff members named across recent work include owner Steve, sales lead Alex Childress, technicians Chris and Marco, and coordinators Heather and Leisa. The company dispatches crews on same-day or next-day basis for storm damage and leaks, sends six-person crews for full replacements working coordinated 12-hour days, and manages multi-unit jobs without losing track of detail. One customer reported a scheduled crew chose not to work due to rain risk but rescheduled promptly; all other timeline mentions praise speed and reliability.
Work gets done quickly and right the first time. Josh and his crew manage insurance paperwork, send daily updates, and finish jobs a day ahead of schedule. Crews arrive early, spray paint roof caps to match, and sweep up every nail. One job took a whole day for a complex repair; another was done by 7pm. Pricing sits squarely in line with what others charge, but reviewers say the finish quality and follow-through justify it.
David Rackley answers calls personally and shows up when promised. Crews arrive early, work methodically through complications like weather delays or unexpected plywood rot, and clean thoroughly before leaving. Customers consistently praise his knowledge during estimates, his team's work quality, and his follow-through on warranty claims years after installation. Specific work praised includes vent pipe boot repairs, gutter installation, flashing installation, roof replacements, fascia and trim work, and emergency storm damage fixes. Reviewers note he relocates fixtures, photographs repair steps, caulks windows, and handles difficult leak diagnosis without overcharging. Several mention getting competitive prices after shopping multiple quotes.
