Roberts Roofing responds within hours and keeps clients updated at every step, with Ray and Zach named as particularly responsive leaders. Crew arrives on schedule, treats homes with care, and handles unexpected problems without drama. Work spans emergency roof patches, full replacements, patio covers, doors, and additions, all finished to exacting standards at costs reviewers call fair. Loyalty runs deep; families use them for years because results match promises.
One reviewer praised the owner for starting and finishing on schedule, delivering quality work at fair prices, and showing strong professional standards. Limited evidence available.
Most work delivered with speed and attention to detail. Major water and fire damage jobs show coordinated effort across multiple crews, with technicians like Jesse, Malik, Chris, Corey, and others earning specific praise for thoroughness and politeness. Insurance companies trust their estimates enough to skip their own adjusters. However, a small portion of customers report dropped callbacks during surge periods or initial response delays that led them to hire competitors. The roofing and rebuild work stands out: sheet rock, trim, and paint matching is precise, water damage to walls becomes invisible, and crews clean up after themselves. Technicians explain their approach and catch hidden problems like water-pipe failures. Despite occasional friction with insurance funding timelines, the team works through obstacles to keep projects moving.
A Milledgeville general contractor with over 20 years of experience and a 5-star rating. Review detail is limited, but the business lists roofing alongside remodeling and repair services.
