Rob responds fast, typically within hours or a day. His work is solid and prices fair. He walks homeowners through the problem, shows before and after photos, and many return for repeat jobs or gutter work over years. Two complaints stand out: leaks returned on the same spot months later, and follow-up calls went unanswered despite warranty promises.
His crew finishes jobs promptly, often the next day. Clients praise his politeness and willingness to catch extra problems during the visit. He has 40+ years of experience and builds long-term relationships with his customer base.
Mid-South Roof Systems has worked on residential and older commercial properties around Forest Park since 1990. Most customers report punctual work, clear project updates, and solid results, though one recent complaint raised a debris-disposal concern.
Most work gets done in one day with meticulous cleanup afterward, and crew members like Brad and James are consistently described as professional and responsive. Pricing sits in the middle range for the area, with several reviewers noting they matched or beat quotes, and follow-up service includes proactive insurance benefit recommendations.
Reviewers consistently report smooth, professional roof replacements and repairs, with crews that explain work clearly, finish on schedule, and leave properties clean. Named staff like Jacob, Donovan, Clinton, Frederick, Jordan, and Tristan appear repeatedly, each praised for patience, honesty, and problem-solving on complex jobs from old tin roofs to metal installations and storm damage. Customers cite fair pricing, upfront estimates, and willingness to repair instead of oversell. Insurance claims processing was handled without stress. The business has earned trust through attention to detail, quality materials, and genuine follow-up care.
