Rob responds fast, typically within hours or a day. His work is solid and prices fair. He walks homeowners through the problem, shows before and after photos, and many return for repeat jobs or gutter work over years. Two complaints stand out: leaks returned on the same spot months later, and follow-up calls went unanswered despite warranty promises. His crew finishes jobs promptly, often the next day.
