Erie Home Roofing

Erie Home Roofing

4.8(124)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Erie Home installs metal and asphalt roofs with 30-year warranties and maintains a 4.8 rating across 124 reviews, mostly five-star. Homeowners consistently praise the quality of materials, on-time completion, meticulous cleanup, and staff like Jeff, John, Austin, and Mr. Caldwell for clear explanations and patient sales practices. The work spans new roofs, gutter systems, attic ventilation, and structural beam replacement, with crews routinely finishing complex jobs in one or two days and leaving properties spotless. While pricing runs higher than some quotes, customers report lower insurance costs and real home value gains that offset the premium. A handful of reviewers noted initial gaps in detail work (leaf guard installation, landscaping cover-up) that Erie corrected promptly. One crew did not protect landscaping until reminded, and financing rates drew passing criticism. Most homeowners see the 30-year warranty and material upgrade as worth the higher upfront cost, particularly when comparing to cheaper competitors.
