What reviewers think

Reset Roofing's crews show up on schedule, complete replacements in a day, and clean meticulously. Malia, Marlon, Felipe, and Wyatt are named repeatedly for expertise, responsiveness, and treating homes carefully. Staff send photos during work, coordinate directly with insurance companies, and keep customers updated throughout. One major complaint: a 2023 HOA job left roofing nails in gutters (causing flooding), damaged plants, and left debris on the property.

Reviewers consistently praise specific team members for patience with first-time roof buyers, handling complex installations around skylights and chimneys, and going beyond the job scope. The company claims 20 years in business and serves nine areas from Cumming to Lawrenceville.
