Paramount Roofing delivers consistent, professional service from quote to completion. Staff communicate clearly at each step, stand by honest assessments even when a larger job is available, and coordinate seamlessly with insurance adjusters. Crews finish work efficiently, clean thoroughly, and name staff like Otis and Floyd earn individual praise for follow-through.
The owner and representatives stay engaged through project completion, handle roof replacements in a single day, and prepare detailed documentation for insurance appeals. Homeowners report feeling listened to and supported through the entire process, from initial consultation to final walkthrough.
Reviewers struggle to buy from this metal roofing supplier. A month to complete a purchase, three-hour unloads, and staff unwilling to help on site appear routine. While the product itself may be solid, the business handles transactions and operations so poorly that customers often leave empty-handed and frustrated.
Austin's Roofing stands out for owner Brandon's direct involvement, clear communication, and fast turnaround on jobs. Crew members arrive punctually, walk customers through problems, and follow up after completion. One serious complaint documented a roof leak that recurred months after repair, with the initial fix using only tar instead of proper flashing, and the owner refusing to return for a second visit. The business handles residential and commercial roofing across repair, replacement, and gutter work in the Atlanta area. Their website lists flat roofing, shingles, EPDM, and white membrane options, with published rates starting around $9 per square foot for restoration and $20 per square foot for replacement.
Jorge, Jose, Carlos, and the team consistently show up on time, price fairly, and finish jobs the same day when possible. Work spans everything from storm repairs to full replacements, with staff sending before-and-after photos, drone footage, and walking customers through insurance claims. One dispute (since resolved) flagged incomplete work that unraveled within a week and delayed response to complaints. Most jobs complete in one to two weeks. Staff explain options clearly even when English requires translation tools. They nail debris pickup, inspect multiple times afterward, and stand by repairs with same-day fixes if issues arise. The crew has handled electrical damage and helped customers recover thousands from rejected claims.
