Best Choice Roofing
Best Choice Roofing attracts strong praise for named crew members (Jacob Turner, Stephen, Tara Wilson, Chris, and Tammy) who combine professionalism with clear communication and personal attention. Jobs like roof replacement and inspections often complete efficiently with quality materials. However, the company struggles with appointment reliability, post-job follow-up on leaks, and property damage cleanup. Some customers report incomplete installations (missing soffit vents paired with ridge vents) that weren't fully explained upfront, and recent complaints cite unresponsive AI phone systems and delayed responses after problems surface. Workmanship generally satisfies when crews show up and finish as promised, but inconsistency in communication, timely follow-up, and damage liability damages trust. Better experiences cluster around direct contact with known staff; worst ones involve missed appointments, unanswered callbacks, and roof leaks that linger unresolved after installation.
