Across dozens of jobs, LM Construction gains consistent praise for quality roofing, gutter work, and clear communication. Ron and Luis lead a crew known for showing up on time, explaining the work thoroughly, and leaving sites spotless. They help navigate insurance paperwork and pitch reasonable solutions rather than unnecessary replacements. Two complaints mention workmanship gaps, but the overwhelming pattern shows homes and commercial sites transformed on schedule and budget.
Staff including Ron handle everything from emergency leaks to full replacements and gutter installs with the same professionalism. Repeat business and referrals from real estate professionals suggest long-term client trust. Site cleanup and digital-first processes (estimates, invoices, payment) reflect operational discipline unusual in roofing trades.
Reviewer credits the team with preventing leaks through clear inspections and straightforward recommendations. Crews arrive on schedule, work safely, and communicate progress with photos and updates.
Russ and his team deliver siding, roofing, and exterior work with consistent professionalism and pride. Reviewers repeatedly praise honest pricing, rapid job completion (often within days or one week), and the owner's willingness to address concerns without extra charges. Crews including Fabio, Vlad, Robbie, and Jordan earn consistent recognition for courtesy and thoroughness, often showing customers completed projects before starting work. Materials are high-end (James Hardie, Sherwin Williams, Barricade wrap), and finished results transform homes visibly. The family operation keeps costs down while maintaining standards; one customer explicitly chose them over competitors charging double for similar work.
Guru Gutter Cleaning delivers fast appointments and arrives on schedule. Crews clean gutters thoroughly, tidy up after themselves, and keep customers informed throughout the process. Named technicians like Davion, Evan, Tai, and Mark earn frequent praise for courtesy and care.
