Across dozens of jobs, LM Construction gains consistent praise for quality roofing, gutter work, and clear communication. Ron and Luis lead a crew known for showing up on time, explaining the work thoroughly, and leaving sites spotless. They help navigate insurance paperwork and pitch reasonable solutions rather than unnecessary replacements. Two complaints mention workmanship gaps, but the overwhelming pattern shows homes and commercial sites transformed on schedule and budget. Staff including Ron handle everything from emergency leaks to full replacements and gutter installs with the same professionalism. Repeat business and referrals from real estate professionals suggest long-term client trust. Site cleanup and digital-first processes (estimates, invoices, payment) reflect operational discipline unusual in roofing trades.
