What reviewers think

Live Oak's track record reflects two distinct tiers of experience. Most customers praise the company's inspection process, where staff like Blayne Taylor and Scott Rynning explain roof condition clearly with photos and videos, and the installation crews excel at rapid, meticulous work with exceptional debris cleanup. The company also stands out for fighting insurance adjusters on behalf of homeowners, often over months, and keeping customers updated throughout.

However, a small number of customers report serious failures: one roof leaked within three days of replacement and remained unsolved despite repeated contact; another had incomplete gutter work with unexpected upsells; a third received a crooked chimney installation. When these issues arose, follow-up communication reportedly faltered, with the business becoming unresponsive to complaints.
