Hive Roofing delivers quality work and strong communication during installation, with crews praised for efficiency and problem-solving on insurance claims. However, recent reviews show a sharp pattern: once final payment clears, the company stops responding to calls and emails, fails to send warranty documentation, and ignores follow-up requests about leaks or billing errors.
Most recent roof replacements went smoothly, with staff like Walker and Nate managing insurance claims efficiently and completing jobs on schedule. Older reviews flag concern: temporary patching without addressing underlying issues, communication gaps on repeat repairs, and delayed callbacks left some warehouse customers frustrated.
GMC Blue Service receives consistent five-star feedback for commercial roofing work. Reviewers highlight John's crew's professionalism, their willingness to explain technical details to non-experts, and reliable scheduling. Jun and the team earned praise for responsiveness and fair pricing on installation and repairs.
Rhino Roofing delivers roof replacements and repairs with consistent professionalism and fair pricing. Crews complete jobs quickly, show up on time, and handle insurance claims smoothly. Jose Valera is named repeatedly for responsive communication and inspection expertise. One older complaint about siding work and unresponsive follow-up stands out against otherwise strong satisfaction.
