Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most recent roof replacements went smoothly, with staff like Walker and Nate managing insurance claims efficiently and completing jobs on schedule. Older reviews flag concern: temporary patching without addressing underlying issues, communication gaps on repeat repairs, and delayed callbacks left some warehouse customers frustrated.
Hive Roofing delivers quality work and strong communication during installation, with crews praised for efficiency and problem-solving on insurance claims. However, recent reviews show a sharp pattern: once final payment clears, the company stops responding to calls and emails, fails to send warranty documentation, and ignores follow-up requests about leaks or billing errors.
Older positive reviews praise the leadership and work quality on commercial roofs. Recent reviews describe delays in responding to customer calls and unresolved leaks after projects complete, leaving some clients frustrated.
