SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding, Butts and Clayton Counties
SERVPRO arrives within hours of a call and stays engaged through multi-month restoration jobs, handling everything from packing and demolition to cabinet replacement and coordination with insurers. Their crews are known by name-Chris, Eric, Taylor, Alicia, Nikki, and others-and reviewers consistently note genuine care alongside professional efficiency, especially when a family is dealing with fire, flood, or mold damage. The business does much more than initial cleanup: customers praise full reconstruction including kitchen work, flooring, ceiling repairs, and soffit restoration. Staff communicate daily with homeowners and insurers, keep detailed photo records for claims, and adapt to schedules. Leadership like Chris and Von Jones handle complex multi-contractor projects personally, turning chaotic situations into managed recoveries.
