What reviewers think

Customers report consistently strong experiences with GA Premium Roofing across roof and gutter installations. Staff like Ostin, Oscar, Jona, and Raul navigate insurance claims directly, keep clients informed throughout projects, and complete work in a single day with clean-up. Crews deliver quality materials and finishes; named project managers earn repeated praise for patience and problem-solving.

One past customer encountered dismissive office staff and installation flaws from a 2019 roof that the owner later corrected by installing a 6-inch gutter system and addressing concerns. Overall, the company prioritizes communication and workmanship, though office interactions and warranty interpretation deserve attention.
