One recent review reports poor responsiveness: a customer sent photos of a tin roofing inquiry but received no callback. An older five-star review praised same-day order fulfillment, but current evidence is thin and skewed toward poor communication.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All five reviews are five-star. Reviewers praise Brothers Roofing for reasonable quotes, quick turnarounds, clean work sites, and skilled repair and replacement jobs. One repeat customer notes they've used the company "numerous occasions" without complaint.
Two five-star reviews highlight United Roofing's speed and quality. A crew completed a 93-square roof in two days while maintaining standards under owner Moises's oversight. One reviewer called them the best roofing company in Columbus.
Most customers report fast arrival and professional, efficient teams who explain next steps clearly. Named crew members like Edwin, Patrick, Tracey, and others appear repeatedly in praise for diligent work and respectful handling of homes. One reviewer faced over a week's delay on inspection followed by months without resolution on a water-damaged kitchen, citing excuses and poor communication throughout. The business handles water damage mitigation with air movers and dehumidifiers, removes damaged materials, and cleans up afterward. Flooring removal, cabinet work, and air duct cleaning are mentioned positively. Crew frequently stays productive all day and keeps homes clean during projects.
