Most jobs run smoothly with Christian, Karson, Zach, or other named reps guiding clients from estimate through installation. Crews typically finish in one day, clean thoroughly, and reviewers praise the quality of materials and attention to detail. Staff at the office (Holly, Arin) handle scheduling and payment efficiently. However, 1-2% of projects hit friction: one customer waited 2.5 weeks for a leak callback and received caulking rather than a roof fix; another reported estimate-to-invoice jumps of $400-500, crew members leaving trash and nails, and months of unreturned calls when issues arose. These gaps stand out against the broader pattern of attentive service.
Terry and his crew handle roof inspections, replacements, and repairs with a focus on honesty and customer education. Reviews consistently praise their integrity, fair pricing, and knowledge of roofing systems, noting timely arrivals, clean job sites, and genuine care for solving problems rather than inflating bills. Staff members Terry and Kurt earn repeated mention for professionalism and reliability. Work spans residential and commercial projects, gutter services, and storm damage claims. Customers credit the team with saving money on repairs, managing details carefully, and building long-term trust in an industry known for aggressive sales tactics.
