Two five-star reviews over a year describe owners who respond within hours, deliver written estimates quickly, and start work within a week. One reviewer had struggled for months with other contractors before this company proved dependable and kept them updated throughout.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All four reviews award five stars. Evidence is sparse, but praise centers on the company's faith-based approach and efficient work with cleanup.
Truth Roofing wins strong praise for responsive staff, quality roof replacements using Owens Corning materials, and thorough cleanups. Edward and Terry are named for knowledgeable service. However, recent complaints raise red flags: customers report being charged $400+ for tarps on emergency calls, and at least one customer waited 11 months for promised warranty work that never materialized, with the owner becoming unresponsive after payment.
