What reviewers think

Truth Roofing wins strong praise for responsive staff, quality roof replacements using Owens Corning materials, and thorough cleanups. Edward and Terry are named for knowledgeable service. However, recent complaints raise red flags: customers report being charged $400+ for tarps on emergency calls, and at least one customer waited 11 months for promised warranty work that never materialized, with the owner becoming unresponsive after payment.

Mostly five-star reviews praise the owner Billy Jones for fair pricing and personable estimates. Two older one-star reviews cite missed callbacks on follow-up repairs and site debris, suggesting service inconsistency.
