What reviewers think

Michael and Grayson lead a team that handles roofing, gutters, siding, and interior work with care. Most customers report same-day or next-day response, crews who arrive on time and finish on schedule, and detailed communication throughout. One substantial complaint involved shingle bulging six months after a $36,000 roof replacement, with the owner stating crew oversight was limited and dismissal of warranty concerns, though 200 other reviews do not echo these issues.

The business tackles jobs ranging from single-day installations (skylights, gutters) to full roof and exterior paint combinations. Named crew members Michael Crane and Grayson consistently appear in positive reviews for attentiveness, problem-solving (including a bee issue during gutter work), and willingness to work around weather. Pricing is called fair and competitive; one reviewer noted the best price among estimates on an interior painting job.

Most customers report fast response times and professional work from named team members like Justin and Titus, with roof leaks fixed within hours or days and clear communication throughout. One customer had a negative experience after an uninvited roof access and broken follow-up promise, but this is an outlier among overwhelmingly five-star reviews praising quality installation and cleanup.

Rio, Josh, Raymond, and Triston stand out in reviews for their honesty and patience during sales; crews consistently finish large jobs in a day and leave properties clean. A 50-year shingle option with multiple material layers and before/after video documentation appeals to buyers concerned about durability and proof of work, though one customer waited on promised sunroom sealing work that never materialized.
