What reviewers think

Rio, Josh, Raymond, and Triston stand out in reviews for their honesty and patience during sales; crews consistently finish large jobs in a day and leave properties clean. A 50-year shingle option with multiple material layers and before/after video documentation appeals to buyers concerned about durability and proof of work, though one customer waited on promised sunroom sealing work that never materialized.

Most customers report fast response times and professional work from named team members like Justin and Titus, with roof leaks fixed within hours or days and clear communication throughout. One customer had a negative experience after an uninvited roof access and broken follow-up promise, but this is an outlier among overwhelmingly five-star reviews praising quality installation and cleanup.
