Most jobs finish on schedule and efficiently, with crews showing up prepared and getting the work done without mess. Ben Silver personally oversees projects and responds fast to callbacks; his team (Matt, Marshall, Elijah among them) handles everything from 6-inch gutter installs to leaf guard systems and related repairs like rotted fascia and flashing. Pricing lands well below larger competitors while delivering professional results that exceed expectations. A roofing company owner reports using Ben's crew on over 100 projects without issues. Customers consistently praise their knowledge, politeness, and willingness to spot and fix problems beyond the original scope. Downtime between estimate and job is typically days rather than weeks.

Most reviewers praise specific technicians like Jada and Chris for their knowledge, responsiveness, and fair pricing on duct cleaning, bathroom remodels, and AC repairs. Kyle and Jamie impressed clients with daily cleanup and attention to detail on two-bathroom projects. However, recent reviews detail a basement remodel that ran five months past deadline, left items unfinished, and included harassment for early payment. One customer reported being ghosted after scheduling an appointment. The pattern suggests strong individual performance on service work but inconsistent project management on larger jobs. The company's owner Dave and technicians Justin and Chris receive consistent praise for walking clients through options without pushiness, helping with insurance claims on storm damage, and competitive pricing. Service areas span north Georgia towns including Alpharetta, Buford, and Athens. Their website lists 20+ years combined experience and a broad service menu beyond roofing and gutters.
