Roofing contractors in Dunwoody: ranked picks
Dunwoody homeowners deal with a mix of steep-slope shingle roofs on mid-century ranches and larger new-build homes near Perimeter, plus the occasional hailstorm rolling through that sends everyone scrambling for an inspection. The contractors below are ranked using our methodology, which weighs review volume, recency, and sentiment rather than star rating alone. All of them work across metro Atlanta, so you're picking based on how they handle the job, not just proximity.
Storm and hail claims are a recurring theme here, given how often Dunwoody's tree canopy and older shingle roofs take a beating in spring and summer storms. Several of these crews specialize in walking homeowners through insurance paperwork and adjuster meetings, which matters if your roof backs onto wooded lots common in neighborhoods like Vermack or Mount Vernon Woods. Others focus on straightforward repairs and leak detection for those who just need an honest second opinion before committing to a full replacement.
