Midian Roofing Inc.
Midian Roofing built its reputation on speed and accountability. Teams start early, finish same-day on residential jobs, and leave sites cleaner than found. Estimators (James Justice, Cody, Grant, Brandon, others named) walk homeowners through options without pressure, and crews cover property with tarps, run nail magnets, and clean as they work. Multiple reviewers praised warranty honoring and quick turnarounds; one disputed warranty claim and alleged misrepresentation about tree trimming. Their commercial arm handles tarps and emergency calls outside service area, while named technicians like Hunter, Kevin Weaver, Terry, and Scott Hutchens are cited for professionalism. A customer rejected a $14,500 roof quote elsewhere after James Justice inspected and confirmed no new roof was needed, proving the company's willingness to turn down work. One reviewer noted they came back two mornings running to finish cleanup and answer questions.
