Review evidence for Sea Gate Construction & Renovations is limited. The business lists roof replacement, repair, and commercial roofing services but specific customer feedback on roofing work is not available.
Josh and his team turn up on time and finish the same day, treating every job like it matters. They answer questions thoroughly, explain their work in plain English, cover shrubs and AC units before starting, and walk the property with magnets after cleanup. One reviewer had the owner himself fix a leak on a weekend when the crew couldn't make it. The materials are premium (Owens Corning, IKO Dynasty), pricing stays fair, and they offer payment plans. Nobody walks away disappointed. Storm damage assessments, leak detection, chimney flashing, skylight repairs, commercial jobs, and metal roofs all come through just as well. Crews work from dawn to dusk to finish on schedule, handled both a 45-square tearoff in one day and complex damage to roof decking and trusses without fuss. Reviewers note the care taken to protect property and the professionalism that cuts through the chaos of a roofing job.
Blake, Burt, and the wider crew earn consistent praise for managing water, fire, and storm damage with care and speed. They walk homeowners through the insurance process, answer questions without rushing, and show up when promised. Roofing work appears alongside flood restoration and duct cleaning in their portfolio, though most recent reviews centre on water damage and air quality services rather than roof-specific jobs.
Most reviewers praise Best Choice Roofing for professional, attentive staff and clean, quality work. Staff like Megan, Shelia Mathis, and the inspection team earn consistent recognition for patience and thorough insurance claim support. However, one significant complaint involved a color mismatch: a homeowner carefully selected a roof color but the crew installed a different one, and management declined to correct it, citing the contract.
Danny Fannin and his team stand out for taking on insurance hassles that most homeowners dread, meeting adjusters multiple times and resubmitting claims until approval came through. They finish large roof replacements in a single day or two, show up early, and leave yards spotless. What sets them apart is genuine care-Danny has tarped damaged roofs free of charge when a friend needed help, and the crew treats each job like they're working on their own home. Staff like Johnny Baker (project manager), Zack Wolfe, and Miranda guide customers through tough decisions with patience, then deliver work that earns repeat recommendations. Leak diagnostics are thorough, warranties are honored, and pricing is fair. Locals praise them for keeping money and attention in Thomasville rather than calling outside crews.
