Most reviews praise the crew's punctuality, workmanship, and fair pricing on repairs. However, a significant complaint describes a flat-roof installation where the drain was installed too high, causing pooling water and eventual roof collapse; the company declined warranty repair and quoted removal as a separate charge. Another reviewer disputed labor and material markups for vent replacement. Limited review detail overall.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Every review praises speed and professionalism. Homeowners report Furman's team responds same-day or next-day, completes work on time, and cleans up thoroughly. Miguel and his crew handle leak diagnosis, roof replacement, and insurance claims with clear communication and transparent pricing throughout.
A roofing materials supplier in Conyers serving east Atlanta and surrounding areas. Stock depth, pricing below national chains, and named staff (Nicole, Laura, Jennifer, Valery, Francisco) earn consistent five-star reviews. One complaint flagged slow refund handling.
Tyler and his crew consistently deliver polished deck and outdoor living projects with strong communication and reliable execution. From initial design through final walkthrough, they prioritize quality materials (TREX decking, TimberTech), keep sites clean, and respond promptly to questions. Most reviewers name crew members like Alexander, Jaime, Eric, and Omar as hardworking and detail-oriented. A small number report that the company cancelled consultations for larger projects without clear explanation, which felt dismissive; one reviewer wished the pre-screening had happened before scheduling their day.
