Williamsburg Exteriors arrives on time and finishes projects efficiently, with owner Brian Williams managing every job personally. Customers consistently praise fair pricing, attention to detail, and thorough cleanup after work is done.

Most jobs earn consistent praise for meticulous work, careful protection of surrounding property, and fast problem-solving. Inspections are thorough, repairs hold up through storms, and crews leave sites spotless. One logistics complaint about difficult delivery access to their location.
Most reviewers report solid work and reliable service, but a recent one-star account highlights a breakdown in communication when the company declined a roof leak inspection without clearly saying so, leaving the homeowner without closure during an active weather emergency. Older reviews consistently praise Richard Dey's workmanship, crew professionalism, and prompt problem-solving, though evidence on current operations is limited.
Two five-star reviews praise named technicians Robert and Alec as knowledgeable and professional, and note the owner's involvement. Limited review evidence available.
