Blake and Josh personally oversee jobs from inspection through completion, answering every question and keeping homeowners updated without pressure. The crew arrives early, works methodically in a single day even on large homes, cleans up completely, and helps navigate insurance claims. They quote conservatively with quality materials and multi-year warranties, building lasting relationships rather than pushing unnecessary work.
Logan McCord and his crew earn consistent praise for handling roof replacements and repairs from start to finish. Reviewers highlight their availability, knowledge of insurance claims, fast job completion (often one to two days), and property care. The team cleans thoroughly after work and follows up long after install.
All five reviews are five-star. Customers praise the acrylic elastomeric roof coatings for fixing leaks and lowering cooling costs compared to full replacement. Richard, the owner, is noted for responsiveness and willingness to diagnose problems carefully before proposing a solution.
J&M earns strong marks for speed, cleanliness, and knowledgeable staff who guide customers through estimates and insurance claims. Named team members like Connor, Lee McClung, Noah, and Andrew routinely complete large roofs in one day with meticulous site cleanup. However, a small subset of reviews cite unresponsiveness to follow-up inquiries, ignored special requests during installation, and disputes over completed work requiring rework by other contractors.
