Roger and his team deliver consistent, damage-free exterior cleaning at prices that feel lower than competitors. Reviewers praise quick response times, careful workmanship (they protect landscaping and avoid paint damage), and attention to detail that handles supposedly hopeless problems.
Review evidence is limited. Excel Restoration & Construction lists roofing, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and siding work across the Atlanta Metro Area and Suwanee. The business states it is fully licensed, insured, and BBB-affiliated.
Across multiple projects, reviewers describe consistent professionalism and clear communication. Richard and his team deliver work on time and budget while attending to small details. Site cleanup, owner follow-ups, and responsive problem-solving appear standard. The crew handles roofing, gutters, remodeling, and repairs with care. Customers name Richard's presence through each project and praise installers for curved gutterwork, leak diagnosis, and insurance-report preparation that resolved disputes with homeowners insurers.
