Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Four five-star reviews describe fast, high-quality work with the owner personally checking job progress. Reviewers note clear communication and honest dealings throughout roof replacement and repair projects.
Matter-of-Fact Roofing handles everything from emergency repairs to full replacements with transparency and calm efficiency. Reviewers consistently highlight Scott and Silas for walking them through each step, keeping sites debris-free, and following up weeks later to check on work. The company navigates insurance claims without pressure and offers financing options. One reviewer called the experience "a refreshing encounter with a lifecycle friend" rather than a transactional repair job. Staff arrive on schedule, complete projects the same day when possible, and treat property with the same care they'd give their own. Multiple customers noted they contacted their insurance mid-claim to advocate for better coverage and continued supporting owners through the process start to finish. The crew uses tarps strategically and leaves no nails or debris behind.
One Google review rates this Columbus business five stars. Detail is limited, so broader assessment depends on their stated 10+ years of experience and service range.
