Reviewers experience rapid response, clear explanations, and honest assessment of roof problems without overselling. Named crew members (Ruben, Jordan, Elias, Cesar, Jalen, Danny, Brady) handle repairs and replacements with attention to detail, complete thorough cleanup using magnetic tools, manage insurance claims start to finish, and return same-day or next-day for adjustments.
On hail damage and storm work especially, the team coordinates with insurers, documents damage with photos, inspects steep or difficult-to-reach areas, and addresses both roof and interior water damage. Material choices and ventilation upgrades are explained in plain terms; metal roofing installations are praised for quality craftsmanship. One reviewer noted a billing timeline required follow-up, and one experienced a small delay due to special-order shingles.
All 20 reviews are five-star, with owners consistently praising Lewis's professionalism, fair estimates, and ability to finish jobs in a single day. The owner shows up on site regularly, handles insurance coordination, and sends progress photos. Cleanup is thorough, and follow-up service the next day for any concerns is standard.
Most customers praise the work quality and speed of South East Roofing and Gutters, with many jobs completed in one day. Recent reviews highlight no-shows and unresponsive initial contact that undermine otherwise strong execution; the company excels once work starts but stumbles on appointment reliability and callback follow-through.
