Empire K Roofing Solutions handles insurance claims end-to-end, often succeeding where other companies failed. Reviewers consistently report same-day emergency response, beautiful finished roofs, and minimal out-of-pocket costs when insurance covered the work. The crew keeps job sites clean, explains issues clearly with photos, and works fast. Homeowners praise their professionalism and trustworthiness across roof replacements, repairs, and leak diagnostics. One customer paid only a $1,000 deductible on a full replacement; another's insurance company initially refused, but Empire K resolved it.
