Over the past year, many reviewers praised rapid, high-quality kitchen and bathroom updates, roof repairs, and full home renovations. However, two recent reviewers report serious delays lasting two years or longer, with incomplete or substandard work on roofing, flooring, painting, and additions. Communication lapses marked the delayed projects; successful jobs highlighted responsive, attentive teams.
The company's strength emerges in contained remodeling tasks handled briskly, but larger or complex multi-component jobs appear to carry greater risk. Staff professionalism and construction quality vary noticeably between projects. Homeowners considering a sizable renovation should clarify scope, timeline, and accountability upfront.
