Red Roofing & Gutters

Andrew, Brandon, Zach, Kevin, and their teams stand out for picking up the phone fast and walking customers through insurance claims, inspections, and roof work without delays. One customer received a detailed photo report with a "Clean Bill of Health" after inspection; another had a full replacement done by 6am-noon with zero debris left. A single complaint centered on unpaid repairs that later inspection found incomplete, leading to repeat costs for the customer. The outfit handles everything from real estate inspections to slate, metal, and hail damage across Madison, Lake Oconee, Greensboro, and the Metro Atlanta corridor. They use Owens Corning products and are licensed and insured. Crew professionalism and timely follow-up-particularly from named technicians-appear consistently through the reviews.

Humbled Roofing

4.8(572)✓ Google-verified

Strong communication and project management stand out across the best experiences, with named technicians like Rafael, Christian, Bryson, and Matthew earning repeated praise for walking clients through each step and staying available during work. Several clients noted one-day or one-and-a-half-day installations with debris cleanup. However, a significant minority experienced persistent leaks within months or years of new roofs, unfinished work like missing gutters, property damage during installation that Humbled declined to repair, and difficulty obtaining warranty support. These accounts span five-month to two-week timeframes and suggest inconsistency in quality or follow-up.
