What reviewers think

One detailed complaint describes subcontracting without advance notice, demanding full payment for partial work, and refusing to honor an inspection fee credit. Review evidence is limited to a single critical account. High rating across 33 reviews suggests this represents an outlier, though the specific grievance warrants consideration.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Worth knowing

$350 inspection fee promised as credit against repair but later refused
$1,250 repair charged in full despite HOA completing major work beforehand

The Roof Butler

4.9(36)✓ Google-verified

Todd and his crew handle roof replacements, repairs, and gutter work with speed and transparency. Reviewers consistently note that work gets done quickly (often in a day), crews communicate clearly from quote through completion, and the team cleans up thoroughly afterward. Fair pricing and willingness to help with insurance claims set them apart from competitors trying to gouge homeowners.
