Reviewers consistently report fast response times, professional crews led by Arnold and Don, and clean completion. Work spans roof replacement, repairs, gutter cleaning, and larger exterior projects, with clients noting reasonable pricing and thorough follow-through on quoted terms.
Work moves fast and stays transparent. Nathaniel or Barry respond to calls within hours, sometimes the same day, and they walk you through what they find on the roof in plain terms. The crew handles storm damage insurance claims smoothly, finishes most jobs in one or two days, and leaves the yard clean with the debris gone. Every reviewer mentioned relief at the straightforward communication and fair pricing, especially after getting multiple quotes elsewhere. The team handles complex roof replacements including attic ventilation upgrades, soffit and fascia work, and gutter installation. They rebuild roof sheathing when needed, match community shingle standards, and return to fix drainage issues at no extra cost. Nathaniel is known for staying on site through lunch and late hours to get the job right, checking progress in the morning and evening on larger projects.
Nick, Bobby, and Boaz earn consistent praise for explaining roof options clearly, responding fast, and handling insurance claims without the usual headaches. Teams show up on schedule, clean sites thoroughly after the job, and follow up by phone or in person to confirm satisfaction. Staff provide video and photo documentation of inspections, address storm damage efficiently, and volunteer extra work like blowing debris from roof valleys. Reviewers across Metro Atlanta and neighboring areas note the company's responsiveness and proactive communication throughout every stage from assessment to final cleanup.
