Summers Roofing Co is a family-owned commercial roofing firm in Alpharetta with deep regional experience. Reviews emphasize their track record and trustworthiness for solving complex roofing problems.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Mark's team earned consistent five-star marks for roof replacements and repairs. Reviewers highlighted professional service, clear communication, and work that drew neighbor compliments. One customer returned after 14 years with another contractor, citing better price and stronger service here.
Owners Richard and Lindsey Nasser lead a team that inspects roofs methodically, documents findings with photos and written detail, and handles insurance claims without pressure to oversell. Staff like Eric, Charley, Spencer, and Freddy earn trust by diagnosing actual problems-HVAC leaks, improper installations, storm damage-and sometimes declining work when it is not needed. Crews clean thoroughly after completion and finish jobs the same day when possible. Reviewers value the honesty most: the company won a customer for life by inspecting a roof that did not need repair and arguing to the insurance company to reinstate coverage instead of taking a replacement job. Served wind, hail, and storm-damage claims across north metro Atlanta (Alpharetta, Cumming, Roswell, Suwanee, Dunwoody, Milton, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs) and as far as Covington. Named staff handled inspections, on-site supervision, and office coordination with thoroughness and courtesy. Detailed inspection reports included 40+ photos per roof with descriptions. Real estate transactions, home-buying due diligence, and forensic roof damage assessments are handled as carefully as repair and replacement jobs.
Roofwell delivers reliable, fast roof work when projects stay on track, with strong follow-up on insurance claims. Past customers report leaks reappearing and difficulty reaching the company afterward, raising questions about workmanship durability and ongoing support.
