What reviewers think

Long-time Augusta roofing shop with strong technical work (hand-nailing, storm damage inspection) when crews show up, but increasingly spotty on follow-through, callback responsiveness, and post-job completions.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Questions people ask

Do they hand-nail roofs?
Yes. Reviewers note entire roofs are hand-nailed, taking 2 days or more depending on pitch, with extra care to prevent leaks.
Will they finish punch-list work after the main job?
Mixed record. Recent reviews praise cleanup and safety, but older reviews report unfinished rain guards, satellite dishes, and months of no callback on promised follow-up.

Hero Roofing

5.0(21)✓ Google-verified

Hero Roofing consistently delivers clear communication and transparent pricing. Daniel and Christian stand out for explaining work step-by-step, staying in contact throughout projects, and handling storm damage with urgency. Crews completed roofs in single days, cleaned up thoroughly, and tackled repairs other companies declined. The team moved fast after hurricanes while other contractors were still slow to respond. Staff kept homeowners informed at every stage and often went beyond the original scope. Work quality earns repeated mentions. Pricing strikes reviewers as fair, and the company prioritizes repair over unnecessary full replacement. No negative feedback appears across reviews.
