Rosie's consistently delivers clean, timely roof work backed by strong communication from named staff like Adrienne Appleby and Charlie. The crew excels at diagnostics, often identifying underlying issues beyond the roof itself and working transparently with insurance. One customer experienced billing glitches and unreturned calls from back-office staff, though project management and repair quality remained solid throughout.
Photo documentation, same-day completion on larger jobs, and willingness to tackle ancillary problems (disconnected HVAC lines, clogged dryer vents, tree damage) set the experience apart. Customers frequently mention feeling supported through the entire process, from inspection to follow-up.
Cool Roofing responds same-day, diagnoses problems accurately, and finishes roof replacements quickly, often in a single day. Staff like Jeff and Joey are hands-on and keep homeowners informed with photos and updates, earning trust especially when insurance claims are involved.
Customers experience a hands-on, communicative team that tackles overgrown yards and large cleanups without hassle. Named crew members like Grant, Abe, Carlos, Zach B, and Ralph deliver fast turnarounds, help customers stay within budget, and often go beyond scope to resolve issues or advise on other projects. Work spans yard clearing, mulching, weeding, stick and limb removal, and lawn mowing across east Atlanta neighborhoods. Staff show up same-day or next-day when possible, keep transparent records of what's done, and repair gate damage or arrange vendor referrals as needed.
