Colony Roofers

4.9(413)✓ Google-verified

Colony Roofers completes most jobs efficiently and sends knowledgeable teams who protect properties and clean up after themselves. Named staff including Giovanni Nunez, Stone Yancey, and Lucio consistently earn praise for responsiveness and hands-on expertise, though recent cases show the company struggles when repairs fail or communication about billing breaks down. Gutters emerge as a problem area, where debris has been left on sites and new installations have leaked despite initial quotes. When issues arise, getting timely follow-up by phone proves difficult, and some customers report rude responses before resolution. The company does eventually fix mistakes, but delays and frustration precede it.
